Restaurants, espaces de loisirs et bureaux viendront contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019animation du quartier en pleine mutation.<\/p>\n<p>Le quartier d\u2019Euralille t\u00e9moigne de sa vitalit\u00e9 et amorce une nouvelle \u00e8re, tourn\u00e9e vers la ville bas-carbone et la m\u00e9tamorphose paysag\u00e8re. Le projet d\u00e9veloppe 8 000 m\u00b2 de SDP dont pr\u00e8s de 40% seront d\u00e9volus \u00e0 l\u2019accueil d\u2019une programmation \u00e0 dominante de restauration et de loisirs, sous la forme d\u2019une vaste salle d\u2019escalade.
